A template letter for sports organisations and activity providers to use for temporary suspensions.
We created this template letter to sports and activities when you need to write to an individual who has had allegations made against them.
The letter lets them know that they are temporarily suspended, while the allegations are investigated and that they can't work or volunteer with your organisation while they are suspended.
The letter also covers:
- what they can't do whilst temporarily suspended
- what they need to do next
- where they can get support for their wellbeing
You may consider copying all or some parts of the sample text, and add in your own letterhead to fit your organisation's style.
